After years of helping clients find the right home, his work revealed a deeper passion for quality construction, thoughtful design, and lasting craftsmanship—shaping his transition from real estate into building homes of his own, where each project reflects both market insight and a deep respect for the building process.
As a builder, Michael is passionate about assembling a team of craftsmen and contractors who share his commitment to quality work, custom detail, and high integrity. He believes a well-built home reflects the collective care, skill, and character of the team behind it.
Born in Greenville, South Carolina and graduating from Clemson University, Michael has deep roots in the Upstate, creating a strong connection to the community he now builds in and calls home with his wife and four children. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking with his family, building meaningful community with those around him, and appreciates a well-brewed pour-over coffee.
Blake Ross
Blake worked in the web world for over two decades, including nine years of self-employment as full-stack developer, web designer, and animator, then twelve years as the lead front-end developer at a large full-service creative agency. His very first job out of college, however, was house flipping and old home restoration. Throughout two decades in web development, residential renovation never disappeared—it simply ceased to be his primary source of income. As a long-time user experience (UX) specialist in the digital world, Blake brings a natural attentiveness to how people experience and interact with spaces.
Blake earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting and worked for many years as a professional artist. You can view his work at www.blakeanthonyross.com. These passions now converge in a determination to build exemplary, exceptional homes and to cultivate a value-driven company that blesses its employees and the contractors we work with.
Blake and his wife, Amaris, have one son, Liam, as well as a Bernaussie (Australian Shepherd / Bernese Mountain Dog mix) named Paxford. Liam would be quick to note that Paxford was named after C.S. Lewis’s gardener—so there you go.
