Set along the water and surrounded by mature hardwoods, this lakeside cottage offers privacy while remaining convenient to nearby restaurants, shopping, and both Clemson and Anderson Universities. The property lends itself to easy outdoor living, with a private cove for swimming, space for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and a fire pit well suited for evenings outdoors. The sunroom is a standout feature of the home, filled with natural light throughout the day and offering clear views of the lake. It quickly became our favorite space for its warmth, openness, and connection to the outdoors.
